THE COMPANY

Betafoam Corporation began its polyethylene(PE)s foam manufacturing in 2003, adopting the latest Korean Technology to produce insulation and packaging materials. Its factory is strategically located in Dasmari�as, Cavite, within the CALABARZON growth area, the industrial and export hub of the Philippines.

From a mere manufacturer of PE foam, Betafoam Corporation evolved to provide a varied line of insulation and packaging solutions to satisfy customer needs. Presently, its insulation line consists of PE foam insulation, polyolefin(XPE) foam, bubble foil, reflective insulation, polyester board sound insulation, glass and rock wool insulation, and pipe insulation. Its packaging line includes PE foam, bubble sheets, specialty foam cuts, high-density PE foams, PE films, stretch films, PE bags, protective films.

Betafoam Corporation continues to add new insulation and packaging solutions to provide better value products to its customers.

• Own over 10,000 sqm factory building/warehouse at Dasmari�as Technopark, Dasmari�as, Cavite.
• Types of machinery include: 1 sheet extruder, 1 hose/rod extruder, 1 bubble sheet extruder, 1 XPE oven line, 1 adhesive coating line, 2 doubling machine, 2 laminating machine, 1 die cut machine, 1 band saw machine, 1 skiving machine, 2 slit-cut machines, 2 foam/bubble cutting machine, 1 XPE laminating machine, 1 XPE hose making machine line, 1 XPE big pipe forming machine, 1 air bubble sheet machine, 1 Xcelllon foam oven.
• Delivery and sales fleet: 4 large six-wheel delivery van, 4 medium six-wheel delivery vans, 3 four-wheel delivery vans, and 7 sales vehicles.
• Total number of Employees: 200 regular employees. No labor union.
• Regulatory requirements are ISO Certified 9000 and 14001. DENR clearance, DOLE registrations, Business, and Mayor's Permit.

Betafoam specialized in the manufacturing of low density polyethylene(PE) foam for insulation and packaging.It has expanded iits specialty packaging products, to include PE Foam, High Density PE Foam, Elastomeric and Physical Crosslinked Foam, Anti-static Foam, Air Cushion, Bubble Sheets, PP Hollow Board, PE Board, Paper Board, Stretch Film. We provide customized design, engineering, and cost effective packaging solutions. We are ISO Certified QMS 9001:2015 and EMS 14001:2015.
